Dylan Efron shares that his legal first name isn’t actually Dylan

Dylan Efron has revealed that the name most people know him by isn’t his legal first name.

During a December 11 appearance on E!’s Hot Goss, the reality TV personality said his full name is Nicholas Dylan Harrison Efron, explaining that “Nicholas” is technically his first name and that the rest were shifted forward over time.

The moment came during a game segment with his The Traitors costar Rob Mariano, when the two were asked to name each other’s middle names. Efron clarified the mix-up on air, noting that he ultimately chose to go by Dylan.

Efron, 33, has had a notable year, winning season 3 of The Traitors and later competing on Dancing with the Stars, where he placed fourth. He previously worked behind the scenes as a producer on his brother Zac Efron’s Netflix series Down to Earth with Zac Efron.

Looking ahead, Efron has said he plans to continue challenging himself creatively and has expressed interest in exploring acting in the future.
