President of D4vd’s touring company questioned before grand jury amid Celeste Rivas investigation

Officials have taken a further step in the investigation into the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas, whose remains were discovered three months ago in the trunk of an abandoned Tesla registered to D4vd.

Her family continue to seek answers, and on Monday TMZ reported that Robert Morgenroth appeared before a Los Angeles grand jury.

Morgenroth is the general manager of D4vd’s record label, Mogul Vision, and also serves as president of his touring company, Zara Brothers Travel.

During proceedings, he was reportedly overheard in a hallway speaking with his lawyer. According to TMZ, he said: “She was very pushy on why I didn’t call police,” referring to deputy DA Beth Silverman. “I said I feel like I didn’t have the responsibility to do that, and just wanted to continue with the tour.”

It remains unclear which tour Morgenroth was referring to or when it took place. D4vd had recently begun his Withered world tour when Rivas’ remains were found in the abandoned vehicle.

The update follows reports that an investigative grand jury heard evidence related to Rivas’ death only days earlier. Authorities have since confirmed that D4vd is now considered a suspect in the case. A second suspect has also been identified, though their name has not been released.

Questions remain about the nature of any potential relationship between D4vd and Rivas. Images that allegedly show them together before her death have circulated, as has news of an unreleased D4vd love song featuring the name “Celeste.” At this stage, investigators have not publicly confirmed the significance of these details.

The case continues to develop as officials determine what led to Rivas’ death and how those connected to the incident may be involved.
