Millie Bobby Brown reveals she sneaked into writer's room to learn Stranger Things ending

Millie Bobby Brown recently revealed that she found out how Stranger Things ends, before anyone else on set, by sneaking into the show’s writers’ room.
The actress confessed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that the night before the final table read, she quietly slipped in and saw a whiteboard detailing every major plot point.
“I actually did know,” she said, joking that she sometimes likes to “blackmail the directors” with embarrassing high‑school photos to dig up insider info.
Despite having the ending spoiled for herself, Brown said the cast came together for an emotional final read‑through. They gathered on couches instead of around a table, and many of them cried for nearly two hours as they absorbed the reality of the show’s end. To mark the occasion, Brown and co-star Noah Schnapp made personalised friendship bracelets for the entire cast and crew — one last gesture of unity before the final episodes air.
Brown also reflected on how the series has shaped her career and personal life. Starting as a young teenager on set, she grew up alongside her castmates, forming lifelong friendships that extend beyond the screen. “It’s been like a second family,” she said, noting that the bonds they formed helped her navigate the pressures of fame at such a young age.
In addition to the emotional aspects, Brown teased fans about the intensity of the final season. While she wouldn’t reveal specific spoilers, she promised that the ending would deliver “a lot of surprises and emotional payoffs” for viewers who have followed the story since the beginning. With the fifth and final season set to conclude on December 31, anticipation is at an all-time high.
