Xicoia expands Tilly-verse with new creative roles as AI entertainment ambitions grow
Xicoia launches hiring push to support expanding Tilly-verse, adding creative roles to develop AI-first entertainment

Xicoia, the AI talent studio behind synthetic creator Tilly Norwood, is moving to significantly grow its “Tilly-verse” and expand its slate of AI-driven entertainment projects, according to reporting from The Hollywood Reporter.
The studio, founded by Particle6 and led by Tilly’s creator Eline van der Velden, has announced a hiring push that includes nine newly listed positions. The goal is to build a team capable of shaping the next phase of its digital characters, experimental storytelling formats and AI-first productions.
Van der Velden told THR that, despite public concerns about artificial intelligence eliminating creative work, the company is actively generating new roles. “There’s a lot being said about how AI is taking people’s jobs, but we are creating new jobs,” she explained.
Among the open roles is a junior comedy writer who will contribute to scripts, dialogue and comedic style across Xicoia’s growing roster of avatars — including the increasingly popular Tilly Norwood. Other positions aim to bring in creators and strategists capable of navigating what the company describes as the “delightful chaos” of building an expanded digital universe.
The recruitment drive comes as Xicoia accelerates the development of its avatars and narrative experiments, positioning the studio to further evolve its vision for AI-led entertainment.
