BTS' Jungkook and aespa's Winter face renewed dating rumours as matching tattoos go viral
Reports circulating online have intensified dating speculation between Jungkook of BTS and Winter of aespa, with both HYBE and SM Entertainment choosing not to comment.
The silence from the agencies follows growing claims on social media and online forums, where users have highlighted what they describe as matching details and shared patterns between the two artists.
Among the points raised by netizens are tattoos of three dog faces placed in similar positions, along with comparable shorts, slippers, bracelets and in-ear monitors. Fans also noted that the two idols had polished their ring fingernails only a day apart, a detail that further encouraged speculation.

Attention has also returned to claims that Jungkook attended an aespa concert during his military service, a visit that some observers saw as unusual, given that he had not attended another girl group concert associated with HYBE. These reports resurfaced as part of the broader discussion, adding another layer to the ongoing rumours.
Both agencies have declined to issue statements. HYBE and SM Entertainment have simply maintained their silence, prompting some to interpret the lack of response as a possible sign of acceptance, although others caution against assuming intent without confirmation.
Jungkook has been the subject of previous dating rumours, including speculation involving actress Lee Yu-bi in 2021, which his agency denied. In 2023, he addressed continued public interest by saying, “I don't have a girlfriend. I just want to focus on work. I don't feel the need to date. Please stop talking about me having a girlfriend. My girlfriend is ARMY. Right now, ARMY is all I have. I feel relieved. Don't worry.”
Winter also denied dating rumours last December involving Jungwon of ENHYPEN, stating, “The person spreading the alleged dating photos contacted a media outlet for financial gain… We will take legal action.”
JungKook, discharged from the military in June, is preparing for BTS’s full-group comeback next year. aespa recently completed a world tour and secured three awards at the 2025 MAMA Awards, with a full-length album planned for release in the coming year.
