Jonathan Bailey and David Corenswet link up for upcoming feature

Jonathan Bailey and David Corenswet are set to headline one of the standout conversations in the upcoming season of Actors on Actors, marking one of the most talked-about pairings as the franchise enters a new era under a CNN–Variety partnership.

Season 23 of Actors on Actors will begin rolling out on December 5, with new conversations appearing daily through December 17.

Under the updated distribution plan, each installment will premiere first on CNN’s streaming platform before becoming available across Variety’s digital channels, including its YouTube page, where episodes will debut at 3pm ET. Early broadcasts are scheduled to air on CNN each morning at 9am ET.

Bailey and Corenswet’s sit-down will debut on December 7 and has already sparked online anticipation, drawing interest from fans of both performers.

Bailey’s profile has risen steadily in recent years with roles in Wicked: For Good, Jurassic World Rebirth, and a high-visibility year that included being named People’s first openly gay Sexiest Man Alive. Corenswet, meanwhile, enters the lineup following his breakout turn as Superman, a role that has placed him firmly in the public eye.

The season’s full slate includes an array of high-profile pairings, among them Jennifer Lawrence with Leonardo DiCaprio, Ariana Grande with Adam Sandler, Julia Roberts with Sean Penn, Cynthia Erivo with Hugh Jackman, and Gwyneth Paltrow with Jacob Elordi.

The accompanying Actors on Actors print issue is scheduled for release on December 17.
