Miley Cyrus is reportedly engaged to Maxx Morando, with sources confirming her Jacquie Aiche engagement ring

Miley Cyrus, the 33-year-old singer and actress, is reportedly engaged to musician Maxx Morando, 27, after four years of dating.

Sources confirmed to People magazine that the couple is set to marry, following Cyrus’s appearance at the world premiere of Avatar: Fire and Ash in Los Angeles on December 1, 2025. She was seen wearing a prominent diamond ring on her left-hand ring finger.

The engagement ring, designed by jewelry designer Jacquie Aiche, features a cushion-cut stone set in a thick 14-karat yellow gold band. Photos from the premiere show Cyrus and Morando posing together on the red carpet, sparking widespread media coverage.

Cyrus and Morando were first linked in late 2021 during Cyrus’s NBC holiday special and at her New Year’s Eve party in Miami. Their relationship was publicly confirmed in 2022, and they have since collaborated professionally. Morando, a drummer for the band Liily, contributed to two tracks on Cyrus’s 2023 album Endless Summer Vacation and co-wrote her ninth album, Something Beautiful.

The couple has also been living together since 2024, according to People sources, and Cyrus has praised Morando for being private, respectful, and supportive of her career.

This engagement will be Cyrus’s second marriage; she was previously married to actor Liam Hemsworth from December 2018 to August 2019. Cyrus first hinted at the strength of her relationship with Morando during her 2024 Grammy acceptance speech for Flowers, where she called him “my love” while acknowledging him in the audience.
