Millie Bobby Brown has become the focus of renewed online discussion after clarifying her current full name during a recent interview.

The actor, who married Jake Bongiovi last year and welcomed a daughter through adoption earlier in 2025, confirmed she now goes by Millie Bonnie Bongiovi.

The update came during Noah Schnapp’s appearance in an Ultimate Friendship Test, where he attempted to recall her full name.

Schnapp initially responded, “Millie Bonnie Brown” before Brown asked him what her full name was “now.” He then tried “Millie Bonnie Brown Bongiovi” and “Millie Bonnie Bobby Brown,” joking about the length of the name.

Brown eventually clarified that her name is Millie Bonnie Bongiovi, adding that she has taken to the nickname “Millie Bon Bon.”

The exchange circulated widely on social media, prompting mixed reactions. While many responses were humorous or light-hearted, some commenters criticised the change and claimed she should not adjust her name for her husband.

One user wrote: “you are way more famous than your husband… you are way too big to be erasing your identity for him.” Other posts expressed disappointment that she no longer uses Brown professionally or personally.

This is not the first time Bongiovi has drawn scrutiny from sections of Brown’s fanbase. Images from recent outings, showing Brown carrying their baby while Bongiovi walked beside her, sparked accusations that he was not contributing equally.

Similar criticism appeared in footage where Noah Schnapp carried the couple’s bags while Bongiovi followed behind. Some fans described this as a “red flag,” while others shared photos of Bongiovi carrying the baby to counter the claims.

Brown has addressed aspects of their family life in interviews, telling British Vogue that parenthood has been “a beautiful, amazing journey” and that she and Bongiovi are “50-50 on everything.” She also said protecting their daughter’s privacy remains a priority for both parents.
