King Combs is staying optimistic about his father Sean “Diddy” Combs’ future and insists the Bad Boy Records founder may be home sooner than expected.

Speaking to TMZ at LAX, the 27-year-old rapper said the family is staying positive while Diddy serves his 50-month federal sentence at Fort Dix in New Jersey. According to King Combs, the family plans to continue playing his track “Diddy Free” all holiday season, while hinting that fans might not have to wait long to see the hip-hop mogul back home, saying, “Watch out, he might come home before then.”

Diddy, now 56, is currently serving time after being convicted on two federal counts related to transporting individuals across state lines for prostitution. Despite the serious charges, King assures that his father is doing well behind bars and maintains hope for reduced time or possible intervention that could see him released before the holidays.

Recent video and photos captured at Fort Dix show Diddy looking healthy and in relatively good spirits. However, his prison stay has not been without controversy. TMZ previously reported that Diddy had consumed homemade alcohol while incarcerated and was involved in a prohibited three-way call, both violations of prison rules. While such behavior could negatively impact his chances of early release, King Combs remains confident that the situation could still take a favorable turn.

As the holidays approach, fans and supporters will be watching closely to see whether any legal developments or special considerations could allow Diddy to spend the season with family. For now, King Combs says they are keeping their hopes high and their fingers crossed for his return.
