Social media personality Hasbulla Magomedov showcased his boxing skills during a light-hearted gym session with nine-year-old TikTok star “The Rizzler” while visiting New York City, according to reporting by Donagh Corby. Hasbulla was in the city supporting UFC champion Islam Makhachev and coach Khabib Nurmagomedov during Makhachev’s UFC 322 title win at Madison Square Garden.

During his trip, Hasbulla participated in a segment for Caleb Pressley’s “Sunday Conversations,” where The Rizzler—real name Christian Joseph—expected to sit for a comedic interview. Instead, the young influencer was surprised with a meeting and training session led by Hasbulla, whom the show described as someone who understands the pressures of rapidly growing online fame.

The two greeted each other warmly before Hasbulla offered advice about handling popularity, telling the nine-year-old to stay grounded, remain humble, and continue respecting his parents. The Rizzler later described the message as “the best advice I ever heard.”

Hasbulla then guided the young star through a Dagestan-style workout, putting him through running drills, jump-rope exercises, pad work, and heavy bag training. Afterward, Hasbulla called him “a nice guy” who is “full of energy” and still learning.

The two eventually entered the ring for a brief sparring session. Despite the significant height advantage Joseph had over the 3’4” Hasbulla, it was the Russian who appeared more technically experienced. At one point, Hasbulla landed a strong body shot followed by an overhand strike that left the nine-year-old momentarily dazed. The Rizzler said the hit stunned him “for a split second,” prompting him to respond with a body shot of his own.

The playful session highlighted the contrast between the young influencer’s viral persona and Hasbulla’s years spent training within the MMA community, delivering a memorable crossover moment for fans of both online stars.
