Popular YouTuber Brandon Buckingham has issued a heartbreaking update from the ICU, telling followers that several of his organs are failing as doctors work to determine the cause.
“In the ICU, my heart is failing, my lungs are failing, my liver and kidneys are failing. Things are not looking good my friends. I love you guys,” he wrote on X on November 21, prompting an outpouring of support from fans of The Buckingham Show.

The alarming post followed an earlier update on November 19, when Buckingham shared that doctors suspected tuberculosis, septic pneumonia, or liver failure, along with a selfie showing him receiving treatment.
That update alone drew more than a million views and widespread concern.
Comments immediately flooded in from fans urging him to stay strong, praying for his recovery, and reminding him of the impact his work has had on their lives.
Buckingham, who has 1.2 million YouTube subscribers, has spoken in past videos about his journey from being an elementary school art teacher with a master’s degree to pursuing YouTube full-time.
Just days earlier, on November 10, he had reassured followers that he was temporarily out of the hospital and “stabilized,” saying he hoped to begin improving in the coming weeks. His sudden deterioration has left supporters stunned and hoping for better news.
