Porsha Williams bodycam footage shows passengers defending RHOA star during Delta flight dispute

Bodycam footage released by the Atlanta Police Department reveals the chaos that unfolded after Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams was confronted by another passenger on a Delta Airlines flight.
The incident occurred on Sunday, November 16, as Williams, 44, exited a flight at Atlanta’s airport accompanied by law enforcement.
Her attorney later told PEOPLE that Williams had been “verbally assaulted by an irate and unhinged passenger without provocation.”
The footage shows Williams explaining the encounter to officers while two fellow passengers checked in on her.
One witness recounted, “The woman got in your face and gave you the middle finger, and was doing things that were completely chaotic to you. I'm so sorry. That’s why I’m asking if you’re okay.”
Another passenger, seated two rows behind Williams, confirmed there was no physical altercation.
“The only physical thing [Williams] did was point at her. And it was for some reason that just escalated to this point, where all [Williams] was saying was, 'Don't talk to me like that,'” he said.
Williams described the interaction from her perspective, saying the other woman demanded she stop listening to an Instagram video out loud and then called her a “bitch.”
The confrontation escalated as the woman tried to record the incident on her phone and falsely accused Williams of hitting her.
Flight attendants eventually moved the woman to a different row. Williams admitted she was upset but maintained her actions were defensive.
“Get your ugly ass out of here,” she told the woman during the incident.
The bodycam footage also captures the other passenger’s version, in which she claimed Williams put a fingernail close to her eye and knocked her phone from her hand, expressing fear for her safety.
Police said officers responded to a reported dispute at the airport and made contact with both women.
They determined a verbal dispute may have occurred, separated the parties, and forwarded witness statements to the FBI.
An FBI spokesperson confirmed the agency is reviewing the matter to determine whether any federal charges apply.
Williams’s attorney stated that the allegations made by the other passenger conflicted with multiple eyewitness accounts and emphasized that Williams will cooperate fully with law enforcement.
