Meghan Markle reportedly asked for photographs taken at Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday celebration to be removed from social media after images featuring her and Prince Harry briefly appeared on Kardashian family accounts.

The event was held at Jeff Bezos’s Beverly Hills residence and hosted a wide range of prominent guests, including Chris Rock, Oprah Winfrey, Adele, Snoop Dogg, and Justin Bieber. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended and were photographed arriving together.

According to reports, Prince Harry wore a black tuxedo with a red poppy pin in recognition of the upcoming Remembrance Day in the United Kingdom. Meghan Markle wore a black turtleneck with a silk skirt. Images circulated online showed Markle without a poppy, something observers noted due to the date’s significance for British veterans.

The Daily Mail reported that Kris Jenner initially uploaded a photograph featuring herself with the couple. Kim Kardashian also shared several candid images, including one with Markle, another of Markle greeting a Netflix executive, and a third of her speaking with Jenner. Shortly afterwards, all images containing the Sussexes were removed.
