WhistlinDiesel breaks silence after tax evasion arrest and hints at upcoming explanation
YouTuber WhistlinDiesel, known off-camera as Cody Detwiler, has spoken out following his November 12 arrest in Williamson County, Tennessee, where he was taken into custody on a tax evasion charge and released the same day after posting a $2 million bond. In a series of Instagram Stories and Reels, Detwiler said he plans to share a full explanation soon and hinted that the circumstances surrounding the arrest are “interesting.” He added that he will not discuss the legal situation or decisions made behind the scenes until he records a detailed video for his YouTube channel. He did not announce when that video would be released.
Authorities have not provided additional updates on the case, and Detwiler’s promised YouTube explanation is still pending.
