FC soldier freed by terrorists in Bannu

Tension gripped Bannu and Dera Ismail Khan district over the past two days as security forces faced two separate security incidents. A Frontier Corps (FC) soldier was kidnapped by armed men in broad day light, causing widespread panic in Bannu.

Local residents said that the solider abducted by unidentified armed men two days ago was later safely released.
