Beyoncé and her mother Tina Knowles joined Kris Jenner’s James Bond-themed 70th birthday celebration in Los Angeles on November 8, with Tina later calling it “one of the best” parties she has ever attended. The event attracted several high-profile guests, including Adele, who was also spotted among the crowd.

In an Instagram post shared on November 10, Tina Knowles wrote, “Saturday night we attended the party of @krisjenner. It was such a fun party. One of the best I’ve ever been to.” She praised the décor, the music — which featured Bruno Mars and a DJ set — and the lively atmosphere. “Kris looked gorgeous,” she added, before wishing Jenner a happy birthday and saying she “felt the love and the celebration of [Jenner’s] life.”

Beyoncé wore a black sweater dress with a velvet ruffled hem, black tights, sheer gloves, and statement silver jewellery. Tina opted for a glittering red long-sleeve dress paired with silver Lorraine Schwartz earrings. Jenner, meanwhile, wore a red strapless Givenchy Haute Couture gown by Alexander McQueen, accessorised with black opera gloves and vintage jewellery.

Jenner commented on Tina’s post, writing, “This was the best night ever and I’m just so happy you were there to share it with me. I had the time of my life.”

Online, reactions to the party however, were divided. Many fans celebrated seeing Beyoncé and Adele together, calling the gathering “a legendary crossover,” but others criticised the guest list and speculated about political affiliations. Several users pointed out that attendees reportedly included Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, and Mark Zuckerberg — figures often linked to conservative or pro-MAGA circles.

One user wrote, “2025 is the year all the pro-Israel and MAGA associates are uniting.” Another added, “Why is it guilt by association for everyone but the Carters?”

Others suggested the event reflected “billionaire capitalists hanging out with each other,” questioning Beyoncé’s proximity to controversial business and political figures.

Despite the online debate, Jenner’s milestone celebration remained one of the most discussed celebrity events of the week.
