Stefon Diggs’ paternity test confirms he’s the father of model Aileen Lopera’s baby, as Cardi B awaits his child

NFL star Stefon Diggs has been confirmed as the biological father of Los Angeles-based model Aileen Lopera’s infant daughter, according to court records and an official statement from Lopera’s attorney.

The confirmation comes after months of speculation and legal proceedings. Lopera, known online as Lord Gisselle, filed a lawsuit against Diggs in December 2024 while pregnant, seeking custody and child support. She gave birth to a baby girl named Charliee in April 2025. Diggs initially disputed paternity but later agreed to genetic testing.

In a statement to The U.S. Sun, Lopera’s attorney Tamar Arminak confirmed, “The paternity has been confirmed. Mr. Diggs is the father of the child.” The attorney added that both parties are hopeful about co-parenting arrangements moving forward.

Diggs, 31, currently plays as a wide receiver for the New England Patriots. He already has an 8-year-old daughter, Nova, from a previous relationship. The confirmation adds new complexity to his public life, as Cardi B recently announced she is expecting a child with the NFL player.

Cardi B, 33, revealed her pregnancy in September 2025 during an interview with Gayle King on CBS Mornings, marking her first child with Diggs. The couple went public earlier this year after attending several high-profile events together, including the Met Gala and an NBA game in New York City.

Neither Diggs nor Cardi B has publicly commented on the confirmed paternity results.
