Gang of robbers busted

LAHORE:

Sattokatla police have arrested a two-member dacoit gang wanted by Crime Control Department (CCD) for their involvement in multiple robbery incidents.

The arrested suspects have been identified as Muhammad Ahmad and Muhammad Shahzeb. According to police spokesperson, the gang was involved in numerous street robberies in the area.

During the operation, police recovered four stolen motorcycles, two mobile phones, thousands of rupees in cash, two pistols and ammunition from the suspects' possession.

Cases have been registered against the accused. Police officials stated that both suspects have previous criminal records and were known to commit armed robberies at gunpoint before fleeing the scene.
