The Boys season 5: everything revealed ahead of final season launch
The Boys season 5 press tour is officially set to launch at CCXP Brazil 2025 on December 6, where showrunner Eric Kripke will be joined by stars Erin Moriarty, Laz Alonso, Tomer Capone, Karen Fukuhara, and Colby Minifie.
The highly anticipated event will mark the beginning of the promotional campaign for the show’s fifth and final season, which promises to conclude the explosive Prime Video series “with a bang.”
Season 5 of The Boys is currently in post-production, with Kripke confirming that editing is complete and visual effects, music, and color work are halfway done. “We go out with a bang. COMING (reasonably) SOON,” Kripke wrote in a recent Instagram update, sharing behind-the-scenes photos with the VFX team.
This final season will continue the fight between Homelander and the underground resistance led by Starlight and A-Train. Fans can also expect appearances from Gen V characters, though Kripke has confirmed that the spinoff isn’t required viewing to understand The Boys’ concluding story.
CCXP Brazil 2025 will be a significant stop for the team, as previous cast appearances at the event have drawn massive crowds. With this likely being the show’s final major panel, fans should expect exclusive footage, cast Q&As, and new revelations about how the series will wrap up its darkly satirical take on superheroes.
As one of Prime Video’s flagship shows, The Boys season 5 aims to deliver a fittingly intense and emotional finale — solidifying its legacy as one of the most talked-about and daring series in modern television.
