Squatters removed along Harno stream

ABBOTTABAD:

The Abbottabad district administration continued its anti-encroachment drive in the scenic Galiyat region as part of the provincial government's Good Governance Roadmap, removing several illegal structures built along the Harno water stream.

The operation, supervised by Galiyat Additional Assistant Commissioner, was jointly carried out with the Irrigation and Revenue Departments.

Teams demolished multiple unauthorized constructions, including semi-permanent structures, swimming pools, canteens, and a zipline built within the stream area.
