A Little Caesars employee in Charleston, West Virginia, has been charged after allegedly shooting a man through a drive-thru window, according to local police.

Authorities say Jahtique Farmer, 20, was working at the pizza restaurant on October 23 when the incident occurred.

Surveillance footage reportedly shows Farmer and another employee stepping outside before returning to the store, after which Farmer appeared agitated about a man outside staring at him.

Police say the second employee retrieved Farmer’s firearm from his car and handed it to him.

Farmer then approached the drive-thru window, shouted “You want to kill me,” and fired three shots at the man parked outside.

The victim was struck in the lower left side of his face and near his left rib cage but managed to drive himself to the hospital. Officials said he remains in stable condition.

Farmer has been charged with malicious assault and is currently being held at the South Central Regional Jail.
