Model and entrepreneur Hailey Bieber has opened up about her approach to skincare and cosmetic treatments, clarifying that she has not used Botox — at least not for aesthetic reasons. During a candid conversation on her friend Owen Thiele’s podcast In Your Dreams, Bieber discussed her skincare philosophy, revealing a few treatments she does enjoy and teasing a potential new Rhode product.

When asked about her skincare regimen, Bieber responded lightheartedly, “Why would I lie?” She explained that while she has used Botox only in her jaw to treat TMJ, she has made a personal decision to avoid facial Botox until her 30s. “I made a commitment to myself that I wasn’t going to do any Botox until I was in my 30s,” said Bieber, who turns 29 in November. She added that her mother has never used Botox and still looks “amazing,” leaving her open-minded about future decisions.

Instead, Bieber emphasized her preference for natural, regenerative treatments. She said she regularly undergoes PRP (platelet-rich plasma) microneedling, and has also had PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) injections in her smile lines and under-eye area. “I like to do things that I can trust are from your own body,” she explained, highlighting her preference for treatments that stimulate natural healing and rejuvenation.

The Rhode Skin founder also mentioned that she occasionally opts for “light little lasers” but relies primarily on a strict daily skincare routine. Known for her glowing complexion, Bieber credited her discipline for maintaining healthy skin. “I am insanely diligent,” she said. “I could be wasted and still wash my face. I would never pass out with makeup on.”
