Min Hee Jin launches new K-pop agency ‘OK’ amid NewJeans legal battle

Former ADOR CEO and NewJeans creative director Min Hee Jin has launched a new entertainment company called OK Co., Ltd, sparking speculation that she may be preparing to reunite with NewJeans.
According to industry reports, Min registered OK Co. on October 16, with business operations covering celebrity management, music production, and distribution.
This marks her first major move since leaving ADOR in 2024 following HYBE’s accusations of a coup attempt.
The agency’s office, located in Gangnam, is nearing completion, and fans are abuzz with theories that OK could soon become NewJeans’ new home, depending on the October 30 court verdict in the group’s ongoing contract dispute with ADOR.
HYBE, meanwhile, has terminated its shareholder contract with Min and filed a lawsuit to confirm the decision, but legal experts say there are few grounds to claim she breached any non-compete terms.
Whether NewJeans joins Min’s new venture remains to be seen, but OK Co.’s launch suggests the creative powerhouse isn’t stepping away from K-pop anytime soon.
