Warning: Building authority blacklists apartment

Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has warned people not to book apartments being constructed on Plot 79, Sheet No. GRW, Garden West, Saddar Town. SBCA Director General Manzoor Qadir said the project ‘Al Hafiz Garden’ is unauthorised and promoting and advertising the apartments is also illegal. People have been advised to neither book the apartments nor do business with the advertisers and proprietors of the project. The authority has also issued notices to the builders for violating building laws. Separately, the SBCA chief has directed the demolition team to tear down the illegally built third floor of a Plot in Nazimabad No. 2.
