SHC has asked the government to file a report on dengue prevention, preparation and arrangements at hospitals.

A division bench of the Sindh High Court has asked the government to file a report on dengue prevention, preparation and arrangements at hospitals. In the petition filed by Mehmood Akhtar Naqvi, who also appeared in court, so far nealy 269 cases had been reported in different parts of the province. He said that the respondents, including the Sindh chief secretary, secretaries of finance and health and the director general of health, had not taken any steps to make proper arrangements at hospitals and an outbreak like the one in the Punjab was likely.
