Miley Cyrus is set to contribute a new original song titled Dream as One to the upcoming Avatar: Fire and Ash soundtrack. The track, created in collaboration with Andrew Wyatt, Mark Ronson, and the film’s composer Simon Franglen, will be featured during the film’s end credits and included on the official soundtrack.

According to Variety, Dream as One will be released on November 14, ahead of the full soundtrack release on December 12. The soundtrack will feature Franglen’s score for the third installment of James Cameron’s Avatar franchise, which follows 2022’s Avatar: The Way of Water.

Cyrus previewed a snippet of the track on her social media accounts and expressed her gratitude for being part of the project. “Honored to support Avatar: Fire and Ash with an original song I’ve written with Mark Ronson and Andrew Wyatt,” she wrote. “Having been personally affected by fire and being rebuilt from the ashes, this project holds profound meaning for me. Thank you, Jim, for the opportunity to turn that experience into musical medicine. The film’s themes of unity, healing, and love resonate deeply within my soul.”

Directed by James Cameron, Avatar: Fire and Ash continues the saga of Pandora and stars Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldaña, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, and Kate Winslet, alongside a large ensemble cast.

This isn’t Cyrus’s first foray into soundtrack work. In December 2024, she contributed the song Beautiful That Way to The Last Showgirl soundtrack. Earlier in 2025, she also released her ninth studio album Something Beautiful, accompanied by a visual film.

With Dream as One, Cyrus brings personal depth to a film that explores themes of resilience and connection — marking another notable milestone in both her music and cinematic collaborations.
