Camila Cabello and Langston Kerman have officially joined the star-studded cast of Warner Bros.’ upcoming comedy Cut Off, directed by and starring Jonah Hill.

The film also features Kristen Wiig, Bette Midler, Nathan Lane, and Adriana Barraza, making it one of Warner Bros.’ most anticipated theatrical releases for 2026.

Written by Jonah Hill and Ezra Woods, Cut Off centers on a pair of spoiled, wealthy siblings (played by Hill and Wiig) who are suddenly cut off from their parents’ fortune, forcing them to confront the realities of life without luxury. The film blends family dynamics with satirical humor, offering a sharp commentary on wealth and entitlement.

In addition to directing and co-writing, Hill is producing the project alongside Matt Dines and Ali Goodwin through his Strong Baby banner. Warner Bros. executives Jesse Ehrman and Zach Hamby are overseeing production. The studio has confirmed a worldwide theatrical release date of July 17, 2026, with filming currently underway in California.

Cabello, a four-time Grammy nominee, continues to expand her acting career following roles in Cinderella, Trolls Band Together, and Rob Peace. Kerman, best known for his work in Abbott Elementary and Bust Down, recently premiered his Netflix comedy special Bad Poetry, directed by John Mulaney.

With its all-star cast and creative team, Cut Off marks a return to original studio comedy for Warner Bros. and further solidifies Hill’s growing reputation as a filmmaker who balances sharp humor with heartfelt storytelling.
