WWE legend Sir Mo dead at 58 after health complications
Former WWE tag team champion Sir Mo, best known from “Men on a Mission,” has died at 58 after health struggles

Former WWE wrestler Sir Mo, best known as one-half of the tag team Men on a Mission, has died at the age of 58.
His brother, Gerald Horne, confirmed that the former WWE star passed away Sunday night at a hospital in Texas.
Sir Mo, whose real name was Bobby Horne, had reportedly been battling kidney problems for an extended period. Sources close to the family revealed that his condition worsened recently after being diagnosed with pneumonia and a blood infection while hospitalized.
Horne began his professional wrestling career in 1991, rising to prominence when he signed with the WWE (then WWF) in 1993. Alongside his tag team partner Nelson Frazier, who wrestled under the ring name Mabel, the duo performed as Men on a Mission. Their vibrant personas and fan-favorite energy made them a beloved act during WWE’s early-90s era.
In 1994, the pair captured the WWE Tag Team Championship, marking a major milestone in both wrestlers’ careers. After leaving WWE, Sir Mo continued to wrestle on the independent circuit and later contributed to wrestling promotions as a trainer and mentor.
Sir Mo’s passing comes years after his tag team partner Nelson Frazier (known later as Viscera and Big Daddy V) died in 2014. Fans and fellow wrestlers have taken to social media to pay tribute to the late star, remembering him for his charisma, kindness, and lasting impact on wrestling.
Sir Mo is survived by his family, friends, and fans who continue to honor his legacy in the world of professional wrestling.
