Rod Wave announces 2025–26 Redemption Experience Tour and Barclays Center concert date
Hip-hop star Rod Wave has announced his upcoming ‘Redemption Experience Tour’, running from December 2025 through early January 2026. The tour, consisting of seven shows, supports his 2024 album “Last Lap” and includes a New York City stop at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on December 23.
In addition to revealing his tour plans, the 27-year-old rapper dropped a new music video for his single “Leavin’” on Instagram. The emotional yet rhythmic track highlights Wave’s signature storytelling style and heartfelt lyricism. Before this announcement, he last performed at Tampa’s Benchmark International Arena on August 29, where he played 30 songs including fan favorites “25,” “Street Runner,” and “Great Gatsby.”
A Dallas Observer review of his November 2024 concert praised his raw stage presence, writing that despite minimal stage setup, “the reaction he received could only be compared to a full arena production.” The outlet added that Wave’s performances feel “healing” for both artist and audience, connecting deeply through shared emotion and lived experiences.
Tickets for the Redemption Experience Tour will officially go on sale Friday, October 17, via Vivid Seats, the official ticketing partner of the New York Post. The secondary market platform offers a 100% buyer guarantee ensuring safe and secure transactions.
The tour will hit major arenas, including Crypto.com Arena (Los Angeles), Dickies Arena (Fort Worth), United Center (Chicago), Xfinity Mobile Arena (Philadelphia), State Farm Arena (Atlanta), and Kaseya Center (Miami).
Rod Wave continues to build momentum following “Last Lap” with fresh singles and his distinct blend of introspective lyrics and soulful delivery, solidifying his place as one of hip-hop’s most emotionally resonant performers
