Marvel Studios revealed several major updates at its television and animation panel during New York Comic Con 2025, outlining the next wave of shows heading to Disney+.
Leading the announcements was Daredevil: Born Again season 2, confirmed to premiere in March 2026. Charlie Cox will return as Matt Murdock alongside Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones and Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson.
A trailer shown at the event opened with Matt and Karen Page before cutting to chaos as Daredevil faces new threats from Wilson Fisk, also known as Kingpin. The footage also featured Bullseye, flashbacks to Foggy, and propaganda surrounding Fisk’s political rise.
The acclaimed animated series X-Men ’97 will return for season 2 in summer 2026, with season 3 already confirmed. The trailer shown at the panel teased the arrival of Apocalypse in his classic costume and the return of Wolverine, Cyclops, Jean Grey, Jubilee, and Nightcrawler as they are brought back to the 1990s by Bishop.
Your Friendly Neighbourhood Spider-Man season 2 will debut in autumn 2026. The trailer showed Peter Parker swinging through New York in a redesigned suit, investigating Oscorp, and discovering the Venom symbiote. Daredevil is also set to appear, with the animation reportedly more fluid than in season 1.
Marvel also confirmed that VisionQuest, the live-action WandaVision spinoff, will release in 2026. James Spader will return as Ultron in a human form alongside Paul Bettany’s White Vision. The teaser depicted Vision awakening from a simulated world, hinting at a new confrontation with Ultron.
Finally, Wonder Man received its first full trailer following the teaser earlier in October, giving fans a deeper look at the new series joining the expanding Marvel television universe.
