Gilani to represent Pakistan at CPC in Barbados

Chairman Senate of Pakistan, Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani, has arrived in Bridgetown, Barbados, to participate in the 68th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference.

At the opening ceremony, Chairman Gilani was warmly received by representatives of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) and senior officials.

Gilani expressed appreciation for the warm hospitality extended by the Government and people of Barbados and commended the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association for serving as an important platform for inter-parliamentary dialogue, cooperation, and shared learning among member states.
