The show follows a group of ambitious friends navigating life, love, and success in Los Angeles, capturing the city’s mix of chaos, ambition, and absurdity.

In the trailer, Sennott’s character Maia delivers sharp one-liners that reflect her relentless drive, including “Luck is just when preparation meets opportunity” and “Hustle until your idols become your rivals.” The witty, fast-paced tone mirrors Sennott’s signature comedic style, previously seen in Bottoms and Bodies Bodies Bodies.

I Love LA was created and executive produced by Rachel Sennott, alongside Emma Barrie, Aida Rodgers, Max Silvestri, and Lorene Scafaria. The series is directed by Sennott, Scafaria, Bill Benz, and Kevin Bray.

The eight-episode season premieres on Sunday, November 2, at 10:30 p.m. on HBO, with episodes streaming on Max weekly until the finale on December 21.
