More green turtle hatchlings released into sea

The Sindh Wildlife Department has released another 120 green turtle hatchlings into the sea as part of the ongoing 2025-26 breeding season, marking a step in the conservation of the endangered species.

According to Marine Turtles In-charge Ashfaq Ali, a total of 224 hatchlings have been released into the sea in just the past few days. Last week alone, 104 baby turtles were set free along the Karachi coastline.
