Eric Adams makes appearance at Denise Rich’s private club event

Eric Adams attended Denise Rich’s Angel Ball launch party at The Twenty Two private club in New York City on Monday, just a day after stepping out of the mayoral race.

The appearance was first noted by Page Six.

The gathering, hosted in support of Rich’s Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation for Cancer Research, brought together notable guests including Star Jones, Mona Scott-Young, Simone Smith, DJ Timo, and entrepreneur Brock Pierce.

Adams dined at the club’s restaurant before heading upstairs to join the celebration.

“People wanted pictures with him. Guests were genuinely happy to see him,” one attendee told Page Six.

Adams has been a regular at Angel Ball events in the past. In 2022, he stayed until the end of the gala, while in 2023 he delivered remarks that drew strong applause.

This year’s Angel Ball will take place on Oct. 27 at Cipriani Wall Street, with Gayle King set to host and honorees including Tina Knowles, Skye and Don Rufus Hankey, and Amy Green of the Green Vision Foundation.
