The Zarai Taraqiati Bank had filed a case against five people, including Rasheed, and alleged that they had taken Rs24 million for a project and not returned it.
The prosecution also maintained that the accused had not returned valuable machinery which belonged to the bank.
The court said that despite repeated summons, Rasheed and the others had failed to comply.
Judge Amjad Pervez ordered that Rasheed be arrested and presented before the court on October 22.

That is real smart - get loans, declare bankrupcy, return second hand machinery purchased from aborad by showing invoices of new machienry, show prices by at least 50% higher than what a new machine would cost, give land and buildings to the bank, land and buildings that costs lakhs and shown as costing millions and enjoy the fruits of hard labor. That is why we made Pakistan.
