BTS star j-hope is taking his solo career to the big screen with the release of his concert film j-hope Tour Hope on the Stage The Movie. The feature will screen in IMAX and theatres worldwide on 12 and 15 November through Trafalgar Releasing, with exclusive early IMAX previews on 3 November.
The movie captures the encore shows staged in June at South Korea’s Goyang Stadium, marking the finale of j-hope’s first solo world tour. The setlist covers the full spectrum of his career, blending fan favourites from his debut mixtape Hope World and his solo album Jack In The Box with tracks from his latest project Hope on the Street Vol.1. Performances include Sweet Dreams featuring Miguel, MONA LISA, Killin’ It Girl (Solo Version), and reimagined versions of BTS hits such as MIC Drop, Silver Spoon, and Dis-ease.
The film also features behind-the-scenes footage and special guest appearances from fellow BTS members Jin and Jung Kook, alongside South Korean artist Crush. Their cameos provide a glimpse of the group’s enduring bond as ARMY awaits the long-anticipated full band reunion.
j-hope’s summer was packed with festival appearances, including his return to Lollapalooza Berlin, affectionately dubbed #HOBIPALOOZA by fans. He also supported BLACKPINK on their DEADLINE world tour stop in July, drawing cheers when spotted in the crowd.
The timing of the release only intensifies excitement for BTS’ official comeback in 2026. The group confirmed they are working on a new album for spring 2026, with a full world tour also in the works. As the countdown continues, Hope on the Stage offers fans a chance to relive the energy of j-hope’s solo era while looking ahead to BTS’ historic reunion.
