Adult film actor and entrepreneur Justin Heath Smith, widely known by his stage name Austin Wolf, has been sentenced to 19 years in federal prison for crimes involving child sexual abuse.

The sentence, handed down Monday in New York by U.S. District Judge Paul A. Engelmayer, also includes 10 years of supervised release and a $40,000 fine.

Smith, 42, was first arrested in June 2024 after authorities accused him of sending and receiving hundreds of files containing child sexual abuse material. The FBI’s search of his Manhattan apartment reportedly uncovered over 1,200 files, including dozens that depicted infants and toddlers, as well as violent assaults. While those specific charges were later dropped as part of a plea deal, Smith ultimately pleaded guilty in 2025 to enticing a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity and engaging in a pattern of prohibited sexual conduct.

Court documents revealed disturbing details of his crimes, including correspondence with minors through apps like Snapchat. Smith admitted to facilitating the statutory rape of a 15-year-old by a co-conspirator and attempting to arrange encounters with children as young as nine. Prosecutors also noted that he solicited explicit material from at least one minor.

U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton condemned the crimes, stating, “He targeted kids as young as seven, and every New Yorker wants him and those like him off our streets for as long as possible.”

Smith gained prominence in the adult entertainment industry as Austin Wolf, appearing in studio productions and becoming an early presence on platforms like OnlyFans. He later co-founded the subscription platform 4MyFans, which shut down following his arrest. Despite his conviction, some of his content remains circulated online.
