The investigation into the death of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas continues to develop, with neighbors providing new insights into the Hollywood Hills property where she reportedly stayed with singer D4vd.
According to a neighbor who spoke to The Sun, Rivas was living with D4vd, real name David Anthony Burke, at a rental home in Hollywood Hills in the weeks before her body was discovered.
The teen went missing from her mother’s home over a year ago, and her remains were found in the trunk of a Tesla registered to D4vd earlier this month.
The property, reportedly rented through D4vd’s manager, was equipped with security cameras, though authorities have not confirmed whether they captured any relevant footage.
The home, valued at $3.6 million, has since been searched by LAPD homicide detectives as part of the ongoing investigation. Officers were photographed leaving the property carrying evidence bags.
Neighbors describe D4vd and Rivas as keeping mostly to themselves, with few interactions outside the home.

One resident said he saw the pair frequently but noted that they were quiet and never engaged in disruptive behavior.
Little is publicly known about the nature of the relationship between D4vd and Rivas, though her brother Matthew indicated to the media that the pair were aware of each other before her disappearance.
Social media posts and livestreams have surfaced that appear to show Rivas with D4vd.
The singer has not been arrested or charged and is reported to be cooperating with authorities.
Following the discovery of Rivas’ body, her family held a vigil in Lake Elsinore, California, and her remains were released to them.
