David Anthony Burke, known professionally as D4vd, has not been named a suspect in the death of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, whose body was found in the trunk of a Tesla registered to him.

However, his music video for One More Dance has come under scrutiny as investigators and social media users examine its content in light of the ongoing case.

Released in February, One More Dance depicts a body being dragged and placed in a car trunk, with D4vd portraying both the killer and the victim.

The video has reignited discussions about the rapper’s artistic choices and whether they bear any connection to real-life events.

TMZ co-host Charles Latibeaudiere commented on the video, noting, “On the other hand, I’m sure his attorney would say that’s his art. You can’t prosecute someone or arrest someone based on their art.”

Further attention has come from a leaked demo track referencing the name “Celeste” and a resurfaced TikTok comment allegedly from February 2024: “Waiting for LAPD to get your ass for messing with a 13 year old girl.”

Additionally, both D4vd and Hernandez reportedly had the same “Shhh…” tattoo on their right index fingers. Hernandez’s mother allegedly said her daughter had been dating someone named David, though their connection remains unclear.

None of these details have been confirmed by authorities, and no official link between D4vd and Rivas’ death has been established. The LAPD continues to investigate, and speculation remains widespread online.
