Ray J has claimed in a livestream that he is cooperating with federal authorities to build a RICO case against Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner.
Speaking with Chrisean Rock during the broadcast, the 44-year-old singer alleged that legal action was imminent. “The federal RICO I’m about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to be crazy,” he said. “I’m gonna say a lot of s**t. Anybody that is cool with Kim, they need to tell her now, the feds is coming. There’s nothing I can do about it.” He added, “It’s worse than Diddy.”

Ray J did not provide further details to substantiate his statement, and representatives for Kardashian, Jenner and Ray J have not issued a response.
RICO, which stands for Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, is a statute commonly used in prosecuting organised crime and drug trafficking cases.
The remarks follow Ray J’s previous public disputes with the Kardashian family.
In 2022, he criticised Jenner after she denied on a televised lie detector test that she had any involvement in releasing the sex tape he filmed with Kardashian in 2007. At the time, he accused both women of damaging his reputation, describing the tape as “the worst thing that’s ever happened to me.”
Earlier this year, Ray J also discussed the possibility of legal scrutiny during an appearance on TMZ Presents: United States V. Sean Combs: Inside the Diddy Trial. “If you told me that the Kardashians were being charged for racketeering, I might believe it,” he said.
