YouTube star MrBeast has shown public support for IShowSpeed after the popular streamer candidly admitted he needs therapy to help with his mental health.

Currently in the middle of a 35-day livestream tour across the U.S., Speed revealed his struggles during day 23 of the broadcast. “I need a therapist. Like, I need somebody to talk to. I feel alone. I feel like nobody understands me,” he said, visibly emotional.

His vulnerability sparked an outpouring of support from fans, who urged him to take care of himself during the intense, non-stop stream. MrBeast also weighed in, responding to a tweet from Dexerto:
“Being live in front of people 24/7 like he is is harder than most people realize… Hope he gets his head in the right space, because the only thing that could ever stop Speed is himself.”

Fans praised both Speed’s honesty and MrBeast’s thoughtful comment. One user wrote, “Admitting he needs help is a big step in the right direction.”

Speed’s U.S. tour has had its challenges—some fans have crossed the line by damaging property or dangerously following his tour bus. The constant pressure of being on camera has taken a toll, similar to what fellow streamer Kai Cenat has experienced during his viral Mafiathon streams.

Cenat recently announced that Mafiathon 3 would be his final 24/7 stream, citing the toll it takes on his physical and mental health.

Speed’s moment of openness highlights the growing conversation around mental health in streaming—a space where constant public exposure can often hide serious personal struggles.
