PESHAWAR:

Provincial Chairman of Qaumi Watan Party (QWP), Sikandar Hayat Khan Sherpao, has raised serious concerns over the shortage of male and female doctors as well as the lack of essential facilities at Tangi Tehsil Headquarters Hospital. Taking notice of the issue, he has formally written a letter to the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Chief Secretary and Secretary Health on behalf of his party.

In his letter, Sherpao stated that the hospital is facing an acute shortage of doctors, especially female medical officers, which has badly affected its capacity to deliver basic health services.

He urged the provincial authorities to address the issue on a priority basis and ensure the provision of staff and facilities without further delay.
