ISLAMABAD:

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday deferred hearings on applications seeking early scheduling of acquittal pleas filed by PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana II case.

Justice Raja Inam Ameen Minhas, who presided over the matter, remarked that a decision on fixing the acquittal pleas would be taken after reviewing the roster. "We will examine the cases listed for Monday and then decide," the judge observed.

The court was hearing the petitions moved by Khan and Bushra Bibi. On their behalf, Barrister Salman Safdar, Ali Bukhari and Sardar Masroof Advocate appeared before the court.
