Actor Austin Butler has purchased Brad Pitt’s Los Feliz property for $5.2 million, months after the home was broken into by burglars.

According to TMZ, the Elvis star closed on the deal last Friday, acquiring the historic residence known as “The Steel House.” .

The sale follows a June incident in which Pitt’s home was targeted while he was away promoting his film F1. Police reported that three suspects scaled a fence and entered through a window, “ransacking” the property before escaping with an undisclosed number of items.

Pitt originally bought the three-bedroom, two-bathroom L-shaped home in 2023 from oil heiress Aileen Getty in a $5.5 million deal, part of a wider estate swap.

The house includes solar panels, a sauna, and a pool, with approximately 2,000 square feet of living space.

As for Pitt, he has since purchased a new Hollywood Hills mansion for $12 million. The 8,385-square-foot estate features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a theatre, pool, fire pit, and advanced security systems.

Sources told The Post that security and privacy were the key factors behind the purchase, particularly after the burglary.
