Legendary YouTuber Jimmy “MrBeast” Donaldson has officially joined the cast of The Angry Birds Movie 3, adding another credit to his growing list of acting roles.
Known as the most-subscribed creator on YouTube, MrBeast has been steadily branching out beyond his viral videos. In 2024, he launched Beast Games, a competitive reality series on Amazon where he served as the host. Beyond entertainment, he’s ventured into business with his snack brand Feastables, fast-food chain MrBeast Burger, and has even hinted at plans to launch his own phone company.
Now, MrBeast is making more moves in the entertainment world. On September 18, Deadline reported that he has joined the voice cast of The Angry Birds Movie 3. While details about his character remain undisclosed, he will appear alongside Webby Award winner Salish Matter.
The film sees the return of several fan-favorite voice actors, including Jason Sudeikis (Red), Josh Gad (Chuck), Rachel Bloom (Silver), Anthony Padilla (Hal), Ian Hecox (Bubbles), and Danny McBride (Bomb). The movie will be directed by John Rice, whose previous work includes Beavis and Butt-Head Do the Universe, Rick and Morty, and Bob’s Burgers.
MrBeast is no stranger to animation and voice work. In 2023, he made a cameo in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem and later voiced Panda Pig in Kung Fu Panda 4. His most prominent role so far came in Netflix’s Love, Death & Robots (Volume 4), where he embraced his signature game show style as the voice of the Master of Ceremonies.
