While no official release date has been confirmed, industry speculation suggests that Ufotable may aim for a 2027 premiere, with the trilogy expected to conclude by 2029. Major anime events such as Jump Festa and Anime Expo are being closely watched for potential updates.

Based on the manga by Koyoharu Gotouge, Demon Slayer Infinity Castle 2 is expected to adapt chapters 158 through 183, continuing the arc before concluding with the Sunrise Countdown storyline in a third instalment.

This sequel will follow the aftermath of Tanjiro’s fight with Upper Moon 3 Akaza and the death of Shinobu at the hands of Doma, as Kanao steps forward to challenge the Upper Rank demon.
