An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Friday adjourned the hearing of post-arrest bail petitions filed by former foreign minister and PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi in three May 9 violence cases until September 19, directing the prosecution to submit the complete case record.
ATC Judge Manzar Ali Gill heard the petitions, which relate to arson and rioting incidents reported outside Zaman Park, Mughalpura, and other parts of Lahore.
The judge made it mandatory for the prosecution to place the case record before the court before further proceedings could take place.
