Arrowhead has confirmed that a Destiny 2-style social hub is on the feature list for the next Helldivers game. While Helldivers 2 currently limits players to small team-based spaceships for mission prep and customization, fans have long asked for a larger, shared social space—something similar to Destiny’s Tower—where players can gather, interact, and show off their gear.

That wish might come true in the future. When a fan suggested the idea on Discord, Arrowhead CEO Shams Jorjani responded clearly: “It’s on the feature list for the next one.” While that doesn’t confirm development is underway on Helldivers 3, it strongly hints that a social hub is being seriously considered for the franchise’s future.

However, Arrowhead still plans to support Helldivers 2 for years. The studio only recently expanded the game to Xbox Series X|S, and the latest Into the Unjust update introduced Hive Worlds—further proof the game is still evolving.

In a previous interview, Production Director Alex Bolle emphasized their long-term commitment to live development:
"We want it to be around for years and years... The more we figure out how to thrive in a live environment, the more we can unleash creativity on new systems we wouldn’t have imagined a year ago.”

While a full-fledged social hub may not appear in Helldivers 2, it’s clear Arrowhead is listening to community feedback—and planning big things for the next chapter in the fight for Super Earth.
