Erin Andrews praises Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s witty bond on New Heights podcast

Sportscaster Erin Andrews has offered new insight into Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s relationship, describing the couple’s bond as “cute, funny, and witty.”

In an exclusive conversation with E! News, the longtime Fox Sports reporter reflected on witnessing their chemistry firsthand and praised their recent joint appearance on the New Heights podcast hosted by Jason Kelce.

Andrews noted that Swift and Kelce’s interactions displayed the humor and sarcasm that define their connection. “That’s what we get to see with them together—the way they interact, how witty they both are,” she explained, adding that fans received a rare glimpse into their dynamic during the viral podcast episode. The couple, who announced their engagement in late August, has remained in the spotlight for both their personal milestones and Swift’s upcoming album The Life of a Showgirl, set for release on October 3.

Beyond sports and celebrity culture, Andrews also discussed her new advocacy role following her own battle with cervical cancer. She has partnered with Aflac for the “Check for Cancer” movement, which aims to increase early cancer screenings in the U.S. by 10 percent over the next decade. Aflac is committing up to $1 million in donations to childhood cancer research and care for every check-up photo shared online.

Reflecting on her health journey, Andrews stressed the importance of regular screenings. “I was really on top of my health, and because of that, we were able to treat it early,” she said.

As the NFL season kicks off, Andrews will return to the sidelines covering major matchups while continuing her mission to raise awareness for cancer prevention.
