Two children die of suffocation

Two children died of suffocation after being trapped inside a parked vehicle in Dhoke Chiragh Din in the jurisdiction of Civil Lines police station on Friday.

According to the Rescue 1122 officials, they received information that two children were stuck inside a parked car. When the rescue team reached the spot, the children were found in critical condition.

They were pulled out of the vehicle, given CPR, and shifted to the hospital, but they could not survive. The deceased were identified as five-year-old Owais Muqaddar and four-year-old Fatima, who were cousins. According to the family, the children had been missing for three hours.
